Join us for an a totally unique twist on an "old world" form of entertainment. This fun filled marionette stage production is based on the timeless novel but told in a way that only Edgar Wibble can! These stringed puppets are over 3' tall as they ride across the spanish countryside righting wrongs, protecting the innocent, tilting at windmills (or giants?) and learning from each others points of view.
In keeping with the themes from Don Quixote, the unique staging of this performance blends and blurs the actions of both puppets and performers allowing the audience to focus on fantasy or reality at their choosing in any given moment. Augmented by the virtuosso spanish guitar music of Paco de Lucia and preceded by the hand puppet short "Once Upon a Time Machine" this show emphasises the importance of literature, of taking action to change aspects of the world and of course the exquisite storytelling style of Edgar Wibble.
